About the job : Responsibilities : - Establish, operationalize and continuously improve the global Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, capabilities, and services operating out of India, viz. Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Data Protection (DP). - Act as the IAM liaison for Providence businesses/entities. Integrate IAM requirements into business/entity scope, strategy, programs, and operations. - Drive change and innovation for IAM across diverse teams and time zones. - Advocate Information Services (IS) and Cybersecurity (CYBR) goals and commitments. Provide thought leadership on new and industry-leading enterprise-class security solutions and services. - Identify changes to Providence IAM requirements, align IAM strategy and roadmap to meet those requirements. - Maintain forward looking and strategic partnerships with key technology and service vendors, ensuring innovative strategies are incorporated into future roadmaps. - Facilitate strategic planning with business/entity stakeholders for deployment or enhancement of IAM services and technologies. - Provide oversight and direction for the IAM engagement model, capabilities, programs, and services. Govern adherence to policies and standards. Own, enhance, and drive the global operating model. - Understand and deploy Providence Cybersecurity Vision within IAM functions. Develop/enhance and implement policies and standards across all disciplines within functions. - Serve as a member of the CYBR extended leadership team providing expertise and input for decisions relating to security threat and risk management. - Assist with developing and managing annual operating and capital budget, responsible for the analysis, monitoring, and reconciliation of those budgets. - Act as the primary point of contact between business/entity executive leadership and IAM teams to engage executive leadership and communicate the progress of IAM programs and services. - Provide responsive leadership to delegate, coordinate, and motivate staff; evaluate performance for direct reports and for contractors/other peoples' direct reports; work with individuals and HR to improve performance as needed. - Oversee a team of up to 25-40 caregivers. What would you do? - Lead and manage the IAM functions of PAM and DP. - Lead the IAM strategy, functions, programs, and services within CYBR India, and ensure that IAM customers receive exceptional services. - While operating independently, work collaboratively with business/entity operational leadership, intake, and governance teams, as well as Cybersecurity teams required to deploy IAM services and technologies. - Ensure optimum and efficient delivery of IAM services and issue/risk management to business/entity programs and operations. - Proactively and independently manage stakeholder expectations for timelines and deliverables throughout the program/project lifecycle with little/no intervention from business/entity leadership. - Lead and manage a team of IAM managers and engineers; partner, collaborate, and build relationship with different departments, leaders, vendors, agents, and others to deliver IAM goals. Qualifications : - 4-year University (Bachelor's) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or STEM fields, or equivalent experience. - 15+ years of Information Systems experience. 5+ years of Information Security leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience. - 5+ years of experience in leading and managing PAM and DP functions, capabilities, services, and teams. - Preferred few years of working experience in an Information Security role within a Healthcare, Pharma or Bio-Technology organization. - Key experience highlights include, demonstrated ability to create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex PAM and DP requirements; implementing advanced programs and technologies; standardizing complex and disparate processes and consolidating multiple teams into a single cohesive team. - Working knowledge of Directory services (Microsoft AD, Azure AD), Authentication and Access Management (SSO, MFA, Passwordless Authentication, Conditional Access), Privileged Access Management (Endpoint Privilege Management, Password and Key Vaulting), and Data Protection (DLP, Information Protection, Activity Monitoring). - Working knowledge of Information Security and IAM standards (ISO/IEC 27002, ISO/IEC 27032, NIST SP 800-53, 800-63 and 800-207) - Preferred CISSP, CISM or equivalent Information Security Management certifications.
