We are hiring on behalf of a fast-scaling SaaS client that is transforming the real estate tech landscape. Backed by a strong leadership team, the company is now building its people and culture engine from the ground up.
We're looking for a strategic yet hands-on HR leader who can set up the entire HR function, define and drive culture, build recruitment capabilities, and lead performance, learning, and engagement programs. Key Responsibilities:
1. Build the HR Function: Set up scalable HR processes, systems, and teams across geographies
2. Drive Culture: Translate company values into everyday ways of working and rituals
3. Own Talent Acquisition: Design and lead recruitment for tech, product, and business teams
4. Performance & Development: Establish feedback, performance review, and growth frameworks
5. Leadership Partnering: Coach and advise CXOs and managers on org and people strategy
6. Compensation & Policies: Design competitive C&B structures and ensure compliance
7. People Systems & Analytics: Deploy tools and data-driven insights to drive better decisions
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or high-growth start-ups
- Proven success building HR systems and teams from scratch
- Strong grasp of talent strategy, performance management, and engagement
- Culture-first approach with business acumen and execution muscle
- Comfortable working closely with founders / CXOs and influencing decisions
