Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR leader with proven Global Capability Center (GCC) setup and scale experience to build and run end-to-end HR operations for a growing GCC in India. This role will partner closely with global HQ stakeholders and India leadership to establish a strong people, talent, and culture foundation from early-stage setup through scale.
Key Responsibilities:
GCC Setup & Scale:
- Lead end-to-end HR setup for a GCC (0-1 journey or early-stage expansion)
- Design and implement HR operating model, policies, and governance
- Build and scale talent pools across technology, product, shared services, and corporate functions
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Set up and manage TA strategy, vendor ecosystem, referral programs, and hiring SLAs
- Drive bulk and niche hiring aligned with GCC growth plans
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and capacity ramp-ups
HR Operations & People Programs:
- Establish core HR processes including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and compliance
- Work closely with HRBPs to support leadership hiring and people interventions
- Ensure alignment with global HR frameworks and local statutory requirements
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a trusted HR partner to global and India leadership
- Manage cross-functional collaboration across TA, Finance, Legal, and Operations
- Provide regular people metrics, dashboards, and insights to leadership
