The People & Sustainability Director is a pivotal new role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This position addresses the need for consistent HR systems, talent development, and performance frameworks to unify teams under a common culture of openness, respect, and entrepreneurship. The role involves leading a team to drive these initiatives and ensure the integration of sustainability and ESG practices across the organization.
MUST HAVE: ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) / Sustainability experience.
