This is a role for a HR business partner for India, to manage the HR India operations. The role will be based out of Mumbai.  - Experience requires is 10 -12 years of experience in leading and heading the human resources function with exposure to all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, onboarding, induction, compensation, and organization structuring and employee relations.   - Knowledge of labour laws along with excellent communication skills is a must for this role.   - Execution of the people strategy in India and providing leadership through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication, leading the HR team and ensuring support on IR / labor law related matters where require, ensuring compliance with global policies and local legislation.  - Design the HR strategy including manpower planning, compensation and bench marking, organizational structuring, talent management, leadership coaching and succession planning.
