This role will drive program governance, solution design, stakeholder alignment, change management, and value realization across geographies. Over time, the role is expected to own the full HR Tech Transformation charter, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value.
Key Themes & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Problem Solving & Consulting Mindset
- Break down ambiguous HR and operational challenges into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and solution paths.
- Facilitate structured discussions to guide stakeholders from issue insight decision execution.
- Challenge functional and technical requirements to ensure alignment with business goals versus system capability.
2. Program Leadership & Governance
- Own the end-to-end HR Tech Transformation Roadmap across HCM, Recruiting, Time, Absence, Reporting, HelpDesk, and Change Management.
- Establish and run program governance cadences (Steering Committee, design authorities, business-readiness checkpoints).
- Maintain portfolio-level RAID logs, dependency maps, and go-live readiness scorecards.
3. Solution Design & Scalable Process Thinking
- Ensure solution decisions are future-proof, scalable, and global by design.
- Collaborate with implementation partners to evaluate configuration choices, simplification opportunities, and process impacts.

4. Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Communicate with confidence and clarity across HR Leadership, Business Leaders, and IT.
- Deliver executive briefings that highlight insight, impact, and recommendations, not operational detail.
- Influence global adoption by aligning HR strategy, process owners, and geographic leads.
5. Change, Adoption & Value Realization
- Design structured change & enablement plans for various countries and user groups.
- Track and report adoption, user experience, productivity impact, and cost-to-serve shifts.
- Demonstrate ROI and business value of HR Tech deployments to the CHRO.
Experience & Capability Profile
