About the Role:
We are looking for a high-impact, strategy-driven HR leader to join us as HR Strategic Initiatives (Global). This role will anchor enterprise-level HR transformation and organizational initiatives, partnering with senior leadership to shape the future of our global workforce. Ideal candidates come with a strong foundation in HR consulting and extensive exposure to large-scale transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Transformation Leadership
- Drive end-to-end, enterprise-wide HR transformation programs that align with business priorities.
- Build and execute HR strategies that strengthen organizational agility, performance, and global workforce capabilities.
Business Transformation & Change Management
- Lead high-visibility transformation projects involving organizational design, process modernization, and change management.
- Work closely with business leaders to design scalable, future-ready HR frameworks that support business expansion.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Play a strategic role in HR due diligence, integration planning, culture alignment, and workforce transition for M&A initiatives.
- Develop phased HR integration roadmaps to scale acquired entities smoothly and effectively.
Talent & Workforce Strategy
- Lead global workforce planning, internal mobility, and capability-building initiatives.
- Drive talent development, reskilling, leadership development, and career architecture programs aligned to future business needs.
- Strengthen succession planning and leadership pipeline readiness across critical roles.
HR Technology & Digital Enablement
- Champion HR tech adoption - including automation, analytics, and digital HR tools - to enhance service delivery and employee experience.
- Oversee deployment of HR platforms including Voice of Employee (VoE) systems and AI-led HR analytics.
- Use data-driven insights to solve organizational challenges and accelerate decision-making.
Compensation & Benefits Strategy
- Design scalable, competitive C&B frameworks that support global workforce needs.
- Lead initiatives on pay equity, rewards optimization, and total rewards strategy to improve engagement and retention.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education & Experience:
- MBA from a reputed/top-tier institution with specialization in HR, Strategy, or Organization Development.
- Strong background in HR consulting with proven experience leading large-scale HR transformation initiatives.
- Experience driving global HR operations, workforce strategy, and organizational capability-building.
Industry & Consulting Exposure:
- Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms (mandatory).
- Exposure to BPO, IT/ITES, GCCs, or high-growth service industries is strongly preferred.
Core Competencies:
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional transformation programs.
