Director - HR Operations - Consulting Organization

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading professional services and consulting organisation supporting complex, high-volume client engagements through large delivery teams. With increasing scale, they are looking to bring in a senior HR operations leader to strengthen workforce leadership, operational rigor, and people governance across their India business.

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Head end-to-end HR operations and payroll delivery for large client-facing delivery teams

- Lead workforce planning and productivity governance for 200+ team size supporting active client accounts

- Drive labour compliance strategy, statutory governance, and risk management frameworks

- Build strong operational leadership layers, performance discipline, and mechanisms to manage large service teams at scale

- Act as senior HR and operations partner to business and client leadership

Ideal Candidate:

- 15+ years of experience with experience in consulting or professional services environments

- Deep understanding of HR operations, payroll leadership, payroll governance, labour compliance, HR administration

- Proven experience leading large teams (100+ employees) in structured, client-facing operations

- Commercially aware leader with strong execution rigor and stakeholder management capability

- Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence in senior client interactions
