Director - GSC Finance - Procure To Pay/Order To Cash/Record To Report

Indicative Roles and Responsibilities:

Operations Leadership:

- Ensure that all operational deliveries of AP, AR and RTR/GL processes are managed effectively.

- Define transition plan and drive effective transitions with clear milestones.

- Define effective Shared service and process control measures.

- Ensure that Internal and External audit requirements are met and proper validation of accounts and prepare monthly variance report.

- Ensure quality reviews of GSC deliverables are conducted.

- Create active engagement with Users across the organization to establish a culture of identifying root causes for performance gaps, identifying suitable solutions, and deploying the same.

Transformation Leadership:

- Identify opportunities of transformation in the process to enhance effectiveness and drive digitization of processes.

- Collaborate with department heads and process owners to establish process improvement goals and targets and develop action plans to achieve them.

- Participate in new scope solutioning and transitions.

- Analyze process performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

- Manage interface between business and IT development teams and support in developing the right solutions when improving processes.

Stakeholder Management:

- Interact with stakeholders and drive effective governance and Manage escalations proactively.

- Develop and deploy relevant Performance Review cycle at different levels of the organization.

- Help to drive data driven decision making by providing insights to Business Performance through Dashboard.

Qualification and Experience required:

- Must be Qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA with a minimum of 15 years of experience in F&A outsourcing / offshoring (CA strongly preferred).

- Six sigma green belt/ Lean belt certified is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Candidate must have managed AP, AR and RTR/GL operational deliveries.

- Recent GLOBAL Shared services experience (Not earlier than 2020) is mandatory.

- Must have led Minimum 20-25 people directly and 200-300 people indirectly.

- Must have Experience in transitions, setup and running off-shored Finance operations.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
