Director - Global Markets Operations - Business & Client Solutions Function

Position: Senior Leadership - Global Market Operations India and South Asia

We are looking for a senior Markets / Middle Office / Operations leader to lead the Business & Client Solutions (BCS) function across India and South Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and provide strategic oversight to Markets Middle Office / Business & Client Operations across the region.

- Develop robust operating models, risk & control frameworks, governance and BAU processes.

- Partner with senior stakeholders across Markets, Sales & Trading, COO, Risk, Compliance, Technology and Operations.

- Drive process transformation, simplification, automation and operating model changes.

- Oversee key processes including Trade Capture, Trade Lifecycle, Exception Management, Client Liaison and Service Delivery.

- Lead regulatory remediation and strategic transformation programmes.

- Build a strong control-focused culture and high-performing teams.

- Act as a senior advisor to Markets leadership and represent the function in strategic forums.

Ideal Candidate:

- Senior experience in Markets Middle Office / Markets Operations / Markets COO / Business & Client Operations.

- Strong understanding of Global Markets products and end-to-end trade lifecycle.

- Experience in risk & controls, governance, regulatory remediation and transformation.

- Proven track record of leading large/multi-location teams and complex strategic projects.

- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.

- Strong India/domestic Markets experience preferred.
