Job Description:

Industry: Financial Services

Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Employment Type: Permanent - Full-Time

Reporting To: Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Position Level: Director

About the Organization:

Our client is a leading global financial services organization with a strong international footprint, recognized for its technology-led capabilities, operational excellence, and commitment to innovation.

Operating in a highly dynamic and regulated business environment, the organization continues to invest in digital transformation, advanced analytics, and global delivery capabilities to strengthen its market position.

As part of its continued evolution, the organization is looking for an accomplished Talent Acquisition leader to drive recruitment excellence, strengthen global talent capabilities, and support its long-term workforce strategy.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and commercially astute Talent Acquisition leader to spearhead recruitment for a large, geographically diverse Global Operations function.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity requiring an individual who can combine strategic workforce advisory with operational execution, delivering consistent hiring outcomes across multiple international markets.

Hiring activity spans India, the Philippines, Poland, and other international locations, covering high-volume operational positions, specialist capabilities, business transformation roles, and senior leadership requirements.

A distinctive aspect of this portfolio is its emphasis on internal talent movement, with approximately half of hiring demand fulfilled through internal mobility.

The position requires a leader who can balance recruitment efficiency with quality of talent, business responsiveness, and long-term workforce sustainability.

As part of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, the incumbent will influence broader talent strategies, recruitment transformation initiatives, and the future operating model of the function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute a forward-looking Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with global Operations priorities and organizational growth objectives.

- Translate business workforce requirements into comprehensive recruitment plans across geographies, functions, and talent segments.

- Partner with executive stakeholders to anticipate workforce changes, emerging skill requirements, and future capability needs.

- Provide strategic guidance on talent availability, geographic talent markets, workforce deployment, and hiring feasibility.

- Develop a balanced talent fulfillment approach incorporating external recruitment, internal mobility, reskilling, and workforce redeployment.

- Position Talent Acquisition as a strategic business partner rather than a transactional recruitment function.

- Take ownership of global recruitment delivery across a high-volume, multi-country hiring portfolio.

- Establish robust delivery frameworks that consistently achieve hiring quality, speed, productivity, and candidate experience objectives.

- Drive recruitment planning through structured demand forecasting, capacity management, and resource optimization.

- Build differentiated recruitment strategies for volume hiring, specialist positions, transformation programs, and senior leadership roles.

- Introduce measurable performance standards and governance mechanisms to improve recruitment predictability and accountability.

- Proactively identify hiring bottlenecks, talent supply constraints, and delivery risks through recruitment analytics.

- Drive continuous improvements in recruitment efficiency, service delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to senior Operations executives, HR leadership, and global business stakeholders.

- Influence workforce decisions through talent intelligence, market benchmarking, and data-led recommendations.

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, location strategies, organizational transformation, and capability development.

- Provide insights into evolving talent markets, competitive hiring dynamics, and emerging workforce trends.

- Support business leaders in determining the optimal combination of external talent acquisition, internal talent utilization, and capability building.

- Establish strong stakeholder governance and maintain transparent communication on recruitment priorities, risks, and outcomes.

- Lead and develop a geographically distributed Talent Acquisition organization of approximately 20 professionals.

- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

- Strengthen recruiter capabilities in talent advisory, strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and market intelligence.

- Establish clear performance expectations and enable effective deployment of recruitment resources across business priorities.

- Develop future leaders within the Talent Acquisition function through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.

- Foster an inclusive, high-performance environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

- Lead initiatives to modernize recruitment processes, operating models, and delivery capabilities.

- Identify opportunities to deploy AI, intelligent automation, and advanced recruitment technologies to enhance productivity and hiring effectiveness.

- Leverage recruitment analytics and workforce intelligence to improve decision-making and business responsiveness.

- Streamline transactional recruitment activities, enabling recruiters to focus on higher-value advisory and specialist hiring responsibilities.

- Champion scalable, standardized recruitment processes while accommodating regional business requirements.

- Ensure appropriate governance, compliance, and human oversight in technology-enabled recruitment practices.

- Collaborate with HR technology, shared services, and transformation teams to enhance the overall recruitment ecosystem.

- Strengthen internal career mobility as a core component of the organization's talent fulfillment strategy.

- Partner with HR and business leadership to identify internal talent pools and redeployment opportunities.

- Improve visibility and accessibility of internal career opportunities.

- Support workforce transformation through talent redeployment, skills development, and internal career progression.

- Establish effective approaches to balancing internal and external hiring based on business requirements and talent availability.

- Contribute to the development and execution of enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategies.

- Participate in global leadership discussions concerning recruitment transformation, workforce capabilities, and operating model evolution.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve end-to-end recruitment effectiveness.

- Establish performance reporting and governance practices that provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
