Designation: Director - Global CAPEX Process Owner.

Location: Hyderabad.

Compensation: 50LPA to 70LPA.

We are looking for a Director - Global CAPEX Process Owner to join the Group Operations Finance team.

The role will own and drive the end-to-end global CAPEX finance process across Lonza, ensuring strong governance, efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The position partners closely with Finance, Engineering, Digital, and Business Platforms to deliver standardized, high-quality CAPEX processes and systems globally.

What youll do:

- Own the global end-to-end CAPEX finance process, including governance, policies, controls, and compliance.

- Define and drive the global CAPEX process vision, roadmap, and strategic improvement initiatives.

- Own and optimize CAPEX finance systems and tools (e.g., SAP, eCAR, reporting platforms), including user enablement.

- Partner with global stakeholders to ensure consistent CAPEX planning, budgeting, reporting, and lifecycle management.

- Monitor process adherence, address control gaps, and ensure audit-ready CAPEX processes.

- Lead global process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What were looking for:

- University degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.

- 10-15 years of experience in CAPEX, finance process ownership, or large-scale investment environments.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end CAPEX lifecycle, financial governance, and reporting.

- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global, matrix organization.

- Experience driving digitalization, process transformation, and change management.
