Director - Flight Operations Control Center Must be from Airlines / Airport background. - Head the Operations Control Center and will be responsible for implementing the Network Operations and regulatory guidelines as mandated by the DGCA - Provide operational support to crew through Flight Dispatch including Flight Planning, Flight Watch, Weather Briefing, and communications - Implement and enforce operational supervision standards, policies and procedures pertaining to the Operations Control function. - Responsible for disruption containment due weather, industrial unrest etc. - Analyze delays on the network, suggest ways to minimize them - Provide work schedules which ensure adequate and efficient OCC staffing - Prepare the operating and capital expenditure budgets related to OCC - Ensure flight safety are safely and efficiently monitored in accordance with established standards, regulations, and flight operations policies.
