Director - Financial Planning & Analysis (US Time shift)

We are looking for a strategic FP&A leader who can build scalable processes, drive financial insights, and support global decision- making.

Role Highlights

- Lead end-to-end FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, long- range planning

- Drive process automation, data governance & reporting efficiency

- Manage cash flows, scenario modelling, multi- market P&Ls

- Work closely with global leadership (incl. US teams - ~6 hr overlap)

- Handle large, complex data environments and high- growth scalin

Candidate Experience

- 10-12 years of FP&A experience,

- MBA Finance/ CPA/ CA preferred

- Background in Product Tech / SaaS; Big 4 + industry preferred

- Strong exposure to the US market
