Finance Transformation for Shared Services

Travel: Up to 50% (Domestic & International)

What You'll Do

- Drive transformation across key finance processes: P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury.

- Conduct stakeholder workshops to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

- Leverage digital technologies such as AI, GenAI, analytics, and automation to enhance finance operations.

- Create process documentation, conduct time & motion studies, and design target operating models.

- Lead or support end-to-end transformation programs from strategy to execution.

What You Bring

- Strong knowledge of finance processes and associated risks.

- Experience with ERP, financial consolidation, and analytics tools.

- Solid consulting skills in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and advanced use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.

- Excellent communication skills with proven client-facing experience.

Bonus: Experience with process mining.

Role Levels & Experience Requirements

Senior Manager/Director - 6-8 years' experience (min. 6 years relevant); deliver large-scale programs, manage cross-functional linkages, and identify growth opportunities.
