Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Director located in Gurugram.

The Finance Director will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy.

The individual will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, lead financial reporting processes, and manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory agencies.

They will also play a key role in decision-making, risk assessment, and implementing financial controls to drive the organizations growth and sustainability

Qualifications:

- Proven knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and risk management

- Leadership skills to effectively manage teams and communicate with stakeholders

- Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and accounting standards (e.g , IFRS, GAA.P)

- Advanced understanding of business strategy, market analysis, and cost optimization

- Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced MS Excel skills

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred

- Experience in the Aviation, Aerospace, or Defense sectors is a strong advantage.
