Director - Finance - Reinsurance - CA (General Insurance Candidate with previous Big 4 Experience ONLY)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all finance operations, financial and regulatory reporting, and tax compliance for MNK GCS India.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning in line with Group goals.

- Manage financial consolidation under Ind AS and IFRS, including multi-currency reporting.

- Ensure regulatory compliance across GST, TDS, MCA, RBI, and Labour Laws.

- Strengthen internal controls and lead finance automation initiatives (SAP S4HANA, RPA).

- Ensure SOX/SOC readiness and coordinate internal/external audits.

- Collaborate closely with Group Finance and senior leadership in the UK and India.

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team (10-15 FTEs).

Essential Criteria

- Qualifications: CA / ACCA / CIMA (mandatory).

- Experience: 15-20 years post-qualification with proven finance leadership.

- Background: Big 4 audit experience (mandatory); exposure to global or product-based organizations.

- Strong expertise in Ind AS, IFRS, Indian taxation, and corporate compliance.

- Proven experience in group-level consolidation and international financial reporting.

- Industry experience in Insurance / Reinsurance carriers / Brokers.

- Exposure to SOX/SOC implementation and SAP (S4HANA / SAC) preferred.
