Director - Finance - IT Infrastructure

Role Overview

A leading data center developer and operator is seeking an experienced Finance Director on a secondment basis to provide strategic financial leadership for a key project in Riyadh. The role requires strong financial governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end oversight of project financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic financial leadership and ensure robust financial oversight for the project.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

- Manage tax, regulatory, contractual, and statutory compliances, including governance and risk frameworks.

- Oversee and maintain relationships with lenders, shareholders, and external stakeholders.

- Ensure strong internal controls, adherence to financial policies, and timely reporting.

- Guide and support internal teams, offering leadership and clarity in financial decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience as a Finance Director, Senior Finance Manager, or similar leadership role.

- Strong background in project finance, preferably within infrastructure, technology, or capital-intensive sectors.

- Demonstrated expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), compliance management, and stakeholder engagement.

- Experience managing lender relations and reporting requirements.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent are preferred.
