Detailed Job Description : Role Overview : The Finance Director will lead the Finance & Accounts function of the organization and drive overall financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence. The role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, treasury, compliance, budgeting, investment deployment, and strategic financial decision-making to support business growth and expansion.
The incumbent will work closely with the GM, Board Members, Directors, banks, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders to ensure strong financial discipline, effective capital utilization, and sustainable business performance.
Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the entire Finance & Accounts function of the company.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and reporting processes.
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow, banking relationships, and fund deployment.
- Support strategic business decisions, expansion plans, and investment initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
- Present financial insights and business performance updates to the Board and senior leadership.
- Monitor profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency across business functions.
- Support new product launches, business expansion, and commercial evaluations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, financial institutions, and government authorities.
Candidate Profile : - Qualified CA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent finance qualification.
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
- Proven leadership experience heading Finance & Accounts functions.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, treasury, budgeting, compliance, and capital management.
- Experience working in Muscat, Oman or similar GCC geography is mandatory.
- Knowledge of local banking practices and regulatory environment will be an added advantage.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and Board communication skills.
- Mature, strategic, and commercially driven finance leader with strong business acumen.
