Director - Finance - ERP Transformation & Digital Finance

The role entails the following:

ERP Transformation & Digital Finance:

- Experience taking a cloud ERP from implementation to optimization

- Zero-touch / straight-through transaction processing

- Elimination of Excel-based manual processes

- Workflow and process automation

- Dashboard and real-time MIS development

Systems Integration:

- ERP - bank integration

- API/data integration with proprietary systems

- Understanding of finance technology architecture

- Experience managing IT, Finance and external technology partners

Scalability & Data Architecture:

- High-volume transaction environments

- Designing systems for 2x or greater transaction growth

- Data integrity, controls and reconciliation

- Granular reporting suitable for PE/investor environments

CFO Office / Strategic Finance:

- Financial due diligence for M&A

- Acquisition modelling

- New-market / expansion business cases

- Strategic projects outside routine accounting and FP&A

Cross-functional Leadership:

- Ability to work across Finance, IT, Legal and Compliance

- Strong project/programme management

- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions

- Executive communication and stakeholder management
