Director - Finance - CA

We are partnering with a leading advisory/professional services firm to hire a Director - Finance to lead the finance function for one of its largest business units. This is a strategic leadership role reporting to the CFO, with end-to-end ownership of financial planning, controllership, commercial finance, and finance transformation while partnering closely with senior business leaders.

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 15-20 years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, MIS, statutory reporting, billing, collections, working capital, and cash flow management.

- Partner with business leaders to drive profitability, commercial decision-making, pricing, and financial performance.

- Drive finance transformation through process optimization, automation, digital enablement, and strong governance frameworks.

- Ensure robust financial controls, compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and effective risk management.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team while managing cross-functional and senior stakeholder relationships.

Ideal Candidate:

- 15-25 years of progressive finance leadership experience with strong expertise in FP&A, controllership, business finance, and financial reporting.

- Prior experience in professional services, consulting, advisory, legal, accounting, or other partnership-led organizations is preferred.

- Demonstrated experience in leading finance transformation, process improvement, and digital initiatives.

- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence senior leadership.

- Excellent people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
