Key Responsibilities:

- Liaising & negotiating with banks for appraising fund based & non fund based limits for Working Capital requirements of the company.

- Handling Fund Management including Management of Working Capital Loans from Banks

- Proficient in mobilizing working capital finance and finalizing lines of credit through Banks/FIs on most competitive terms.

- Deft in assessing financial health of the company, identifying business risks & implementing effective mechanisms to mitigate the same.

- Long-Term loan with covenant.

- Monitoring and controlling maturity profile of Short Term & Long Term borrowing.

- Proficient in mobilizing working capital finance and finalizing lines of credit through Banks/FIs on most competitive terms.

- Effective liaising with government and semi government authorities like Customs, GST, SEEPZ Development Commissioner, DGFT, Export Promotion Councils, Banks, Insurance Company/Surveyors, Transporters, Shipping Co., Airlines, Freight Forwarders, Customs House Agents and ECGC claims.

Implement and ensures compliance of the Corporate Accounting policies & processes, integrating with the business work processes and ensures adherences to all relevant accounting standards and bestaple practices

- Analyzing of actual and budgeted costs, estimates and variance analysis, activities covering materials and production costs, Administrative & sales cost etc.
