Director - Finance

Purpose:

- Serve as the Finance Director/CFO responsible for the financial leadership of the NBFC.

- Drive financial strategy while ensuring RBI and NBFC financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Finance, Accounting and Financial Controls.

- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.

- Regulatory and statutory financial reporting.

- Treasury, liquidity management and ALM.

- Liaise with RBI, auditors, banks and regulators.

- Present financial matters to the Board.

- Ensure strong internal controls and financial governance.

Ideal Candidate:

- CFO / Finance Director / Head of Finance.

- Strong NBFC or Banking background.

- CA preferred (MBA Finance/CFA also valuable).

- Experience with RBI reporting, audits and regulated financial institutions.
