About the Role:

We are hiring for a leadership position of Director - Finance in UAE with one of our global clients in the Engineering & Infrastructure sector. This strategic role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who can lead MIS, FP&A, and reporting functions in a dynamic, global setup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the MIS and FP&A function for Middle East, ensuring accurate and timely reporting with actionable insights.

- Work closely with the VP (UAE) and in a dotted- line reporting structure to the Group CFO.

- Manage and mentor a team of 5- 6 professionals, driving capability- building and high- quality delivery.

- Spearhead MIS transformation using Power BI and advanced analytical tools to enable data- driven decision- making.

- Drive both greenfield and brownfield projects, taking complete ownership of MIS lifecycle management.

- Ensure process standardization, compliance, and alignment with group- level reporting frameworks.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 14- 15+ years, preferably in large MNCs or high- volume operations.

- Qualification: CA/ACCA or equivalent (CS not applicable).

- Proven expertise in MIS, FP&A, and financial reporting with hands- on Power BI skills.

- Demonstrated success in setting up new processes/functions (greenfield/brownfield).

- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams (5- 6 members).

- Sector preference: Global firms or large Indian real estate companies.
