Financial Outcomes:
- Deliver digital products within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Optimize resource utilization and technology investments.
- Support revenue growth through scalable and innovative technology solutions.
Customer Service:
- Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, architects, QA, and external partners to define requirements, evaluate the business case, ROI and accordingly translating them into System/technical requirements & delivery roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Cyber Security team & cloud team to build right quality, scalable & security standards for software development
Internal Processes:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital products/platforms from concept to deployment.
- Deep understanding of Cloud technologies, Agile development, DevSecOps & Tech stack
- Track financials, resource allocation, vendor contracts, and SLAs for all digital projects.
- Drive adoption of Agile/DevOps methodologies; champion automation across SDLC.
- Monitor industry trends; recommend technology adoption aligned with FMCG business priorities
What are the Critical success factors for the Role ?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience (15-18 years) in engineering & product delivery with atleast 5+ years in leading large scale digital products & solutions, preferably in FMCG/Retail industry
- Strong expertise in Agile/DevOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), mobile/web technologies.
- Excellent skills on React, Node.JS, Angular, Python, PHP, Java, PWA etc.
- Strong understanding data modelling, Relational database, Store procedures and NoSQL.
- Strong leadership skills in leading open source and or Agile development teams
- Expertise in resolving complex security incidents and identifying innovative solutions to emerging threats.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
