Director - Digital Transformation & Automation - SCM Process

- We are looking for a strategic and experienced leader to drive digital transformation and automation across our supply chain operations. The Director - SCM Digital & Automation will lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility using cutting-edge technologies, digital tools, and process optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the company's SCM digital strategy aligned with business goals.

- Lead automation projects across warehousing, procurement, and logistics functions (WMS, ASRS, robotics, AI/ML solutions).

- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.

- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate digital tools and analytics into SCM workflows.

- Drive change management and training initiatives for seamless adoption of digital solutions.

- Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to ensure ROI on digital investments.

- Benchmark industry best practices and implement scalable solutions across the supply chain network.

- Partner with vendors and technology providers to evaluate and implement innovative SCM solutions.
