They established the Bangalore team about 14 months back.   This role is part of the Technology/ Digital COE .   Experience in projects which are consumer facing- is essential  Key Result Areas  Work with the Head of Technology ( in India) to articulate and implement a compelling and holistic Digital Experience solution(s) in support of overall business growth and revenue targets.   Engage with Sales to build key internal and external partnerships.  Ability to recognize, develop and evolve business and functional requirements on a client by client basis.   Senior leader with functional responsibility for all Digital Experience project phases from concept to launch including business requirements, user flows/wireframes, functional requirements, QA/testing, and post-launch monitoring and optimization.  Will serve as the key thought-leader, for Operational Strategy on business processes, based on the customer's needs and will formulate and market a packaged solution for Content solutions from an operational perspective.   Will address client's process/operations issues.  Size and estimate development efforts. Define and manage development build plans.  Assist Sales and Pre-sales teams in defining Digital Experience solutions.  Define and manage Digital Experience offerings  Defines project objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.  Supports users by developing documentation as needed.  Updates job knowledge by researching new internet/intranet technologies and software products;  Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.  Person profile  Atleast 12+ years professional experience ( 12-20 years is ideal range)  Experience in projects which are consumer facing- is essential  AEM and / OR Sitecore experience   Strong project and program management experience  Solution architecture experience  Ability to handle internal content operations and deliver go to market message based on their service offerings/product functionality including content strategy.  Candidate has digital consulting and client-side experience in content operations and demonstrable knowledge of Digital Experience.   Ability to communicate, manage and report on core features of Digital Experience projects  Proven success influencing and working effectively across marketing and company functional groups   Strong presentation and communication skills are a must.  Understands the competitive marketplace and have experience developing partnerships or alliances to acquire data sources, analytic tools, or technological competencies.  Software Requirements  Software Development Process  PMP certification a plus,
