Lead the strategy and execution of detection content that powers our platform's ability to identify malicious behavior. Define what "good detection" means, map coverage to real adversary tactics, and evolve content safely from research to production. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver precision, relevance, and trust.

What You'll Need:

- 7+ years in detection engineering, threat research, or SOC leadership

- Deep knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, malware behaviors, cloud & identity attack techniques

- Proven experience scaling detection rulebases across platforms

- Familiarity with automation, scripting, and CI/CD content delivery

- Ability to balance coverage, accuracy, and operational noise

- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
