About the Role:

Seeking an experienced Director Client Accounting to lead a high-performing global client accounting organization. The role is responsible for delivering best-in-class accounting services, leading large teams, driving transformation, strengthening governance, and partnering with global stakeholders to enhance client experience and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will combine deep accounting expertise with strong people leadership, client relationship management, and transformation experience within a global financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service & Relationship Management:

- Lead the delivery of end-to-end client accounting services for a portfolio of global alternative investment and corporate clients.

- Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, fund managers, investors, auditors, and internal leadership.

- Ensure exceptional service delivery by meeting client SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory obligations.

- Lead governance meetings, service reviews, and executive-level client engagements.

- Resolve complex client issues and drive continuous improvement in client satisfaction.

Accounting & Financial Operations:

- Oversee preparation and review of:

1. Financial Statements

2. NAV Calculations

3. Investor Capital Activity

4. Partner Allocations

5. Management Fee & Carried Interest Calculations

6. General Ledger & Financial Reporting

7. Cash Reconciliations

8. Capital Calls & Distributions

Required Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.

- 15 - 20+ years of experience in the field.
