Sagility is seeking a strategic and business-oriented Business Finance Manager to serve as a key partner to operational and executive leadership. This role will go beyond traditional finance to drive strategic planning, performance optimization, and commercial decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine financial expertise with a strong understanding of business drivers to influence outcomes and support long-term value creation.

Duties and responsibilities
- Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to align financial goals with strategic priorities. Provide actionable insights that influence business direction and growth initiatives.
- Financial Planning & Strategic Forecasting: Lead the development of annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial models. Translate business strategies into financial outcomes.
- Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and proactively recommend interventions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Commercial Finance & Growth Enablement: Support pricing, deal structuring, and investment decisions with robust financial analysis. Evaluate new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Client & Service Line Profitability: Conduct deep-dive analysis on client and service line margins. Recommend strategies to optimize resource allocation and improve financial returns.
- Revenue Assurance & Cost Governance: Ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost tracking. Drive accountability for cost control across business units.
- Data-Driven Decision Support: Develop dashboards and financial models to support real-time decision-making. Leverage BI tools to enhance visibility and transparency.
- Month-End Close: Coordinate with Financial Controllers & corporate finance to ensure accurate and timely month-end close activities.
- Financial Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements. Support risk management and compliance initiatives.
Minimum education and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-10 years of experience ( depends on position) in business finance, FP&A, preferably in BPO, ITES Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
