Required Qualifications & Experience:


- 7+ years of progressive experience in Business Development, preferably in SaaS, Logistics Tech, or B2B Enterprise Solutions.

- Proven track record in scaling regional businesses and achieving revenue targets. Strong network and understanding of business landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:


- Regional Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute the business development strategy in alignment with company goals and growth targets.

- Revenue Ownership: Drive new customer acquisition and expansion across key enterprise, mid-market, and SME accounts.

- Leadership & Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a team of business development managers and regional sales heads to achieve consistent performance and pipeline growth.

- Market Development: Identify emerging markets, industry trends, and potential business opportunities within logistics, SaaS, and e-commerce ecosystems.

- Partnerships & Alliances: Establish and manage strategic alliances with logistics partners, technology enablers, and enterprise clients.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Networks teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer success.

- Performance & Reporting: Track KPIs including revenue growth, customer acquisition cost, conversion ratios, and regional profitability.
