Director/Associate Director - Business Development - Oil & Gas

ROLE SUMMARY:

- The role requires a seasoned professional with deep industry expertise, strong consulting acumen, and business development capabilities to drive strategic engagements with leading upstream, midstream, and downstream players. In particular, focus areas include crude oil, natural gas, LNG, pipelines/ terminals and city gas distribution. Energy transition linked areas including green hydrogen/ ammonia, compressed bio gas, CCUS focus etc. would also be areas of priority.

- The Practice Leader & Director will be responsible for revenue growth, profitability, client relationship management, project delivery, team leadership and franchise building.

- The candidate would ensure impactful solutions in areas such as strategy/ business plans, feasibility studies, M&A/ due diligence, bid advisory, transaction advisory, policymaking and government advisory and digital transformation.

- The role involves working with private entities, government agencies (Central/ State), financial institutions, and multilaterals.

- This is a high-visibility leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment and is passionate about solving complex industry challenges while driving commercial success.
