A reputed GCC client is looking for a Director - Accounting to lead Accounting towers, finance transformation, digital adoption and operational excellence initiatives across global delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale finance programs, driving solution design, testing & implementation.

- Manage transformation & transition of accounting/finance processes into shared services/CoEs.

- Drive operational excellence, risk management & continuous improvement initiatives.

- Identify automation opportunities, adopt emerging technologies & enhance process efficiency.

- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless transitions & compliance with global standards. What

We're Looking For:

- 18+ years in BFSI (last 10 + years in Accounting programs, operational excellence & transitions) & 6+ years in leadership roles.

- Strong ERP implementation experience (finance & accounting domain).

- Proven expertise in transformation & process re-engineering.

- Certification in Lean / Six Sigma (mandatory).

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management & communication skills.
