We are seeking an experienced HNI Relationship Manager - Direct Channel to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). This is a client-facing role focused on portfolio advisory, investment planning, and AUM growth by offering customized investment solutions across mutual funds, PMS, and AIF products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet HNI clients regularly to build long-term trust-based relationships.

- Understand clients' financial goals and risk profiles to design and manage customized investment portfolios.

- Provide advisory support and recommend suitable investment avenues across Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIF.

- Acquire new HNI clients through referrals, networking, and direct acquisition.

- Manage and grow the existing AUM book by providing consistent portfolio reviews and value-added advisory.

- Collaborate with Portfolio / Investment Engineers to structure optimized portfolios.

- Keep clients informed about market trends, current affairs, and relevant investment opportunities.

- Ensure high standards of client servicing and adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions and client requests.

- Achieve individual and channel-level targets for AUM, revenue, and client acquisition.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong experience in HNI relationship management and portfolio advisory.

- Sound knowledge of personal finance, including taxation, deductions, and investment benefits.

- In-depth understanding of financial products, including fixed income and equity instruments.

- Ability to analyze market trends and align investment strategies accordingly.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Result-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities.

- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Post-Graduation (Mandatory)

- NISM VA Certification (Mandatory)

- NISM Series XXI-A Certification (Mandatory)
