About the job:

Digitide is hiring a Principal AI Architect & Service Line Leader to own the AI services across Digitide's Domestic BPM, International BPM, and Global Tech & Digital businesses.

This is a builder's role, not a people-management post - you will personally architect and stand up Digitide's AI capability (the Pulse.ai persona stack, the AI operating stack, and AI Value Packs) while also getting hands-on AI strategy - services portfolio, market narrative, positioning and overall business plan.

A hands-on leader with sharp focus on opportunities crafting - advise for customer, building demos and PoCs, architecting solutions, and sitting in the room as the technical and domain credibility behind Digitide's AI story.

You'll own the charter end to end: strategy, build, and go-to-market, with the freedom and accountability of a founder inside a large, established global platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and continuously evolve Digitide's AI service line strategy and roadmap across Domestic BPM, International BPM, and Global Tech & Digital - as a core pillar of Digitide's growth strategy.

- Owns the overall service line plan, strategy, growth, internal assets and capability build and managing partner ecosystem.

- Architect and build out Digitide's AI operating stack, frameworks and AI Value Packs - hands-on, from architecture through working prototype, not just slideware.

- Get into opportunities directly - guide/ build demos, PoCs, and reference architectures for presales and client pursuits, and sit in deal rooms as the AI technical/domain authority alongside the presales and solutioning team.

- Own Digitide's AI/LLM technology and hyperscaler partnerships (AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google, and emerging GenAI/agentic tooling vendors), including evaluating, piloting, and making fast build-vs-buy calls.

- Champion Digitide's AI-led Master Systems Integrator (MSI) positioning - embedding AI into the Cloud & Infra, BPaaS, Collections, RCM, and other service lines in direct partnership with their leaders.

- Represent Digitide's AI capability in CEO/CXO-level client conversations and with analysts and advisors (Gartner, Everest, HFS, ISG, and similar), building Digitide's credibility and rankings in the AI space.

- Partner with Presales, Alliances, and Analyst/Advisor Relations to embed a genuine AI differentiator - not a bolted-on slide - into every major bid.

- Build and mentor a high-calibre AI team over time, while staying personally hands-on with architecture, tooling, and solution build - this is a working leader role, not a purely supervisory one.

- Move fast: take ideas from concept to a working pilot in weeks, not quarters, and iterate in the field with real client problems.

Qualifications:

- 15 - 18 years of experience with substantial hands-on AI/ML/GenAI architecture and delivery - not primarily AI strategy, program oversight, or vendor management.

- A genuine builder track record: has personally designed, architected, or shipped AI/GenAI products, platforms, or agentic systems - not only directed teams that did.

- Background from fast-paced, high-growth environments - AI-native startups, product companies, or boutique AI/tech consulting firms - strongly preferred over large, heritage IT/BPM services organizations.

- Deep, current hands-on fluency with LLM/GenAI architectures, prompt and agentic engineering, RAG, MLOps, and cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, Google Vertex, Anthropic Claude, and similar).

- Comfortable operating with a small team and high ambiguity - a player-coach who would rather prototype something today than plan it for next quarter.

- Proven ability to translate AI capability into commercial outcomes - equally credible in an architecture whiteboard session and a CXO sales conversation.

- Track record representing AI capability to enterprise clients, analysts, or industry forums.

- Enterprise, BPM, or ITO domain exposure is a plus but not a prerequisite - what matters most is depth, speed, and a bias to build.
