Role Description:
- The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, creating and managing content, optimizing social media performance, and collaborating with the public relations team.
- Daily tasks also include monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with the online community to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in developing and executing platform-specific Content Strategies (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, Facebook Groups, etc.)
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay updated with latest trends, algorithms, and platform updates to keep content fresh and effective
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse audience
- Experience in Public Relations and managing public perception
- Ability to analyze social media trends and performance metrics
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand voice
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Report performance insights to stakeholders and suggest data-driven improvements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3-4 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles
- Experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and influencer collaborations is a plus
