Qualifications: - Proficiency in developing and executing platform-specific Content Strategies (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, Facebook Groups, etc. - Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. - Stay updated with latest trends, algorithms, and platform updates to keep content fresh and effective. - Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse audience. - Experience in Public Relations and managing public perception. - Ability to analyze social media trends and performance metrics. - Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand voice. - Strong Communication and Writing skills. - Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities. - Report performance insights to stakeholders and suggest data-driven improvements. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - 3-4 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. - Experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus. - Basic knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and influencer collaborations is a plus.
