Job Summary:

The Digital Transformation Manager Supply Chain will be responsible for leading digital initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain operations through automation, analytics, and process re-engineering.

This role involves evaluating current supply chain processes, identifying digital enablers such as AI, IoT, and RPA, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance visibility, efficiency, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will partner closely with cross-functional teams, IT, and leadership to deliver measurable transformation outcomes aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and execution of digital transformation roadmaps for supply chain functions (procurement, logistics, planning, warehousing).

- Identify and implement emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, RPA, blockchain, analytics) to improve operational performance and transparency.

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and ERP systems.

- Drive data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and dashboards.

- Manage change management initiatives, training, and adoption of new digital solutions.

- Monitor KPIs and ensure continuous improvement of digital projects and platforms.

- Partner with external vendors and consultants for technology deployment and process re-engineering
