Job Description:

Client: CPWD-certified Construction Company & Scaffolding manufacturing.

Location: Ahmedabad (Sindhu Bhavan Corporate Office).

Experience: 9+ Years.

Job Objective:

- The role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies for the Scaffolding & Formwork business catering to Real Estate, EPC, and Infrastructure projects.

- The position focuses on strengthening brand credibility, promoting engineered solutions, supporting sales and tendering activities, generating qualified B2B leads, and positioning the organization as a trusted partner for large-scale construction projects.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & B2B Marketing:


- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with scaffolding and formwork solutions for high-rise, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

- Support business development teams with digital collateral for client acquisition, prequalification, and tender submissions.


- Plan annual digital budgets, content calendars, and campaign KPIs targeting contractors, developers, and EPC clients.

Website & Technical Content Management:

- Manage and enhance the corporate website highlighting scaffolding systems, formwork technologies, load capacities, safety certifications, and case studies.

- Ensure technical accuracy of content related to modular scaffolding, aluminium formwork, and system formwork.

- Drive SEO performance for industry-specific keywords related to scaffolding, shuttering, and formwork solutions.

Social Media & Industry Content Marketing:

- Plan, create, and manage content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X.

- Promote ongoing and completed projects, milestones, site progress updates, safety initiatives,

and CSR activities.

- Coordinate with design agencies, videographers, and site teams for high-quality visual and video content.

Lead Generation & Account-Based Marketing:

- Execute targeted digital campaigns for developers, EPC contractors, PMC firms, and large project owners.

- Generate and qualify B2B leads for scaffolding rentals, sales, and long-term contracts.

- Track lead conversion through CRM systems and coordinate closely with sales teams for closures.

Analytics, Reporting & Market Intelligence:

- Monitor campaign performance, enquiry quality, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.

- Analyse competitor positioning, market trends, and client behaviour within the scaffolding and formwork domain.

- Prepare management dashboards highlighting pipeline contribution and digital ROI.

Brand Positioning & Reputation Management:

- Ensure consistent technical, safety-focused brand messaging across all digital platforms.

- Highlight compliance with IS standards, international certifications, and safety benchmarks.

- Manage online reputation among contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.

Cross-functional & Vendor Coordination:

- Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Projects, HSE, and Tendering teams.

- Manage external digital agencies, vendors, and technical content partners.

- Align digital initiatives with exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.

Governance, Compliance & Data Security:

- Ensure adherence to corporate branding guidelines, legal norms, and data privacy regulations.

- Safeguard technical documentation, drawings, and digital intellectual property.

Profile Expectation:

Educational Qualification:

- MBA in Marketing.

- PG Diploma in Digital Marketing (Preferred).

Experience:

- 9+ years of digital marketing experience.

- Prior exposure to construction products, scaffolding, formwork, EPC, or infrastructure sectors will be a strong advantage.
