Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead with a strong background in the real estate sector to strategize, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, brand visibility, and sales conversions.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing end-to-end digital marketing initiatives for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
This is a senior position, we are seeking candidates who are currently in the Compensation range between 32 to 45 Lakhs and only from Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing Background.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for real estate projects (residential, commercial, luxury, etc.
- Identify target audience segments and plan campaigns that align with buyer personas and project positioning.
- Allocate and optimize digital marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, Native platforms and real estate portals (e.g., MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com).
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve cost-effective CPL (Cost Per Lead) and improve lead quality.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead follow-up and conversion tracking.
SEO, Content & Website Management:
- Oversee website design, SEO, and content optimization to enhance organic traffic and online presence.
- Plan and supervise regular blog posts, landing pages, and project microsites with engaging and SEO-friendly content.
- Use analytics tools to measure user behaviour and optimize website performance.
Social Media & Branding:
- Manage and grow company/project presence across all major social platforms.
- Develop engaging content strategies for brand awareness and community engagement.
- Oversee influencer collaborations and video marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and other marketing tools.
- Generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness and lead nurturing strategies.
Team & Vendor Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
- Coordinate with digital agencies, creative partners, and technology vendors for campaign execution.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, CRM & automation platforms).
- Strong understanding of real estate consumer behavior and buyer journey.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5+ years in real estate marketing.
- Proven track record of driving high-quality leads and digital conversions in the real estate domain.
