Digital Lead - Manufacturing & Supply Chain Transformation

Location: Delhi NCR | Reporting to: Chief Digital Officer (CDO)

- Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, and Procurement.

- Drive Industry 4.0 and smart factory adoption including Track & Trace, OEE/Manufacturing Analytics, MES, IIoT, Robotics & Automation, and Predictive Maintenance.

- Lead supply chain digitization including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, control towers, TMS, and digital logistics platforms.

- Drive warehouse and procurement transformation including SAP WM/EWM, supplier digitization, and procurement analytics and automation.

- Identify and deploy AI and advanced analytics use cases across manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement.

- Own technology architecture and governance including ISA-95, IT-OT integration, vendor evaluation, and cybersecurity alignment.

- Lead end-to-end program delivery, vendor/partner management, and adoption across Plant Heads, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Technology teams.

- Influence senior leadership to align priorities and accelerate transformation.

Candidate Profile:

- B.Tech/BE + MBA from premier institutions.

- 8-12 years in Digital Transformation, Manufacturing Technology, or Operations/Supply Chain Excellence.

- Industry background in FMCG, Agrochemicals, Consumer Products, Chemicals, or Process Manufacturing.

- Proven record leading enterprise-wide digital transformation across plants and supply chain operations.

- Strong SAP (WM/EWM), IIoT, AI/ML, and ISA-95 architecture expertise.

- Execution-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong stakeholder influencing skills.
