
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Arbitration, Mediation, and Conciliation proceedings effectively.
- Draft and review arbitration agreements, pleadings, settlement terms, and other legal documents related to dispute resolution.
- Provide expert legal opinions and strategic advice on ADR mechanisms and dispute resolution.
- Attend hearings, lead negotiations, and maintain continuous communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of national and international laws, regulations, and best practices related to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; LLM or diploma in ADR is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in ADR or litigation practice.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and related procedural laws.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client management abilities
