Digile - Oracle Projects Cloud Functional Consultant

About the Role:

- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Projects Cloud Functional Consultant to play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion Project modules for large-scale enterprise clients.

- This is a senior consulting position requiring a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Projects, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and proven experience in delivering end-to-end cloud implementations.

- The ideal candidate will combine strong functional expertise with business acumen, ensuring that technology solutions are aligned with strategic organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution Ownership: Lead full-cycle Oracle Projects Cloud implementations including Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Project Management modules.

- Business Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into Oracle Cloud configurations.

- Configuration & Testing: Configure system functionalities, perform SIT/UAT, and drive functional validation aligned to business processes.

- Integration Management: Oversee integrations with Finance, Procurement, and Time & Labor modules to ensure seamless business operations.

- Client Management: Conduct workshops, solution presentations, and stakeholder reviews; act as the primary functional liaison during the project lifecycle.

- Change & Documentation: Develop process documentation, training materials, and support user adoption initiatives.

- Post-Go-Live Support: Manage hypercare and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and business value.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or E-Business Suite.

- Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Projects Cloud implementations.

- Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules: Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Project Management.

- Proven experience integrating Projects Cloud with Finance, Procurement, and Time & Labor modules.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and client communication skills.

- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management capabilities
