Reports to the Senior Manager Total Rewards, Asia Pacific.  Primary responsibility will be to lead C&B operations, Asia Pacific region   Overall responsibility for the Total Rewards management within Asia Pacific region of around 3000 employees.   Managing Total Rewards projects and related HR initiatives within the organization. Participates in regional or global HR initiatives as Project Team member.   Encourage and establish networks to ensure that current Total Rewards knowledge is efficiently managed within organisation and deployed within Asia Pacific countries.   Graduate or Post graduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resource management or equivalent.  4-9 years of working experience in managing C&B. consulting firm working experience and regional HR role as in-house HR would be preferred  Expertise in compensation & benefits and HR knowledge  Advanced MS-Excel knowledge. Knowledge of Oracle HRIS systems and other HR tools / systems will be added advantage.
