Out Client is one of the well known names in the industry.  We are looking out for a DGM - Talent Acquisition who will report into Head HR.  Please find below the JD  Incumbent should have had experience in:  - Volume Hiring  - Managing Multiple Sites and multiple stakeholders  - Managing 3rd Party Vendors  - Campus Hiring  - Pan India Hiring  - Incumbent should have excellent communication skills and should have the ability to handle stressful conditions and lead a team of recruiters  Job Responsibilities  - Responsible for overseeing and managing the entire outsourced Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Operations for Client and "Onsite Centers"  Managing a team of Recruiters   - Accountable for Recruiter Productivity & Client Performance - based on SLAs.  - Areas of responsibilities encompass: People Management, Process Management, Compliance Management, Service Management, Performance Management  Day to day responsibilities include:  - Consult with various client stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of business, growth and strategic objectives to distill the key recruiting goals/objectives, to then initiate/develop in-depth and innovative talent acquisition strategies and plans to fill vacancies.  - Establishing proper expectation levels for all parties involved in hiring practices by coordinating, implementing, and continuously improving the hiring process.  - Creating sourcing plans that take into account vacancies depending on geographic location, position level, available candidate pool, number of openings, etc.  - Evaluating and implementing a strategic sourcing plan that reduces dependency on third party vendors.  - Execute creative and budget conscious sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill positions including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, name generation, creative cold-calling, university relations, industry events, utilization of external research, etc.  - Goals/Targets include quality of applicant pools and hire, diversity, number of hires, hiring manager and new hire satisfaction, cost-per-hire, etc.  - Actively manage/lead and mentor the entire Talent Acquisition team  - Calibrating with hiring managers to gain standard information as well as to clarify ambiguous information necessary to thoroughly complete the staffing requisition and candidate profile.  - Individually checking the requisition status of each & every team member- doing deep dive on the requisitions & documenting the discussion  - Identifying the areas of concerns/issues through regular huddle with the team. Highlighting the areas of concerns or deviation in the SOP to the client.  - Reviewing the data on the regular basis to ensure the trending of SLA's/KPI's. Review & Validate the dashboard the Dashboard and checking for exceptions.  - Operational Reviews and Stakeholder Meetings/Updates on weekly and monthly basis
