DGM Legal
- One of the High Growth MNC firms in Data Center Business is looking to hire a seasoned Legal professional. The position leads and acts as the focal point on all legal aspects relating to
- Procurement Contracts, construction and development agreements, renewable energy procurement documentations, end to end contract life cycle management and other legal supports.
- Handling dispute resolution, litigations and crisis management including advising the business on all disputes and potential disputes.
- Coordination for real estate contracts including conducting legal due diligence, finalization of the agreements/documentations, etc.
- Ensuring all legal aspects are handled in a swift and efficient manner
- General legal advisory and end to end legal support.
- Risk management & mitigation
- Leads and guides team in a high growth oriented MNC company.
Skills/Experiences:
- 12-15 years of experience in India, out of which minimum 5-7 years should be in the telecom/IT sector.
- Experience in leading a team, broad experience in handling transactional matters, especially relating to procurement contracts, construction and development agreement, real estate contracts, dispute /litigation management etc.
- Should have experience in working across management levels and in international business environments.
- L.L.B is MUST./ L.L.M/Company Secretary is desirable
