The ideal candidate would be someone with the experience of various aspects of digital marketing, including campaign conceptualization, execution, and media planning on Facebook and Google platforms, website management, affiliate marketing, CRM/email marketing, product positioning, growth initiatives, budget management, and achieving monthly revenue targets. Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, execute, and plan digital marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms. - Oversee website management to ensure an engaging and seamless online experience for customers. - Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales and brand growth. - Lead CRM and email marketing efforts to maintain strong customer relationships and drive retention. - Contribute to product positioning strategies and drive growth initiatives. - Manage and optimize the digital marketing budget effectively. - Achieve revenue targets on a monthly basis. - Implement customer acquisition strategies to grow the customer base. - Establish partnerships to expand the customer base and increase revenue. - Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills as a valued asset to the organization. Requirements: - Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in handling digital marketing campaigns for agencies or brands. - Profound expertise in online marketing and strategic business planning. - Strong understanding of brand strategy and management. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
