Deputy Program Manager - Manufacturing/Automotive Domains

We are seeking a results-driven Program Management to lead end-to-end project execution across manufacturing or automotive domains. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, compliant delivery of customer commitments while driving cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

- Lead full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

- Ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery of program milestones

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications

- Monitor project health, mitigate risks, and align outcomes with plant objectives

- Track budgets, timelines, and delivery metrics with precision

Preferred Profile:

- Engineer with hands-on project execution experience

- Assistant Manager (AM) or Deputy Manager (DM) with proven leadership in program delivery

Required Skills:

- Strong program/project management in manufacturing or automotive sectors

- Excellent communication, client coordination, and team leadership

- Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and delivery KPIs
