The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic HRBP functions, while managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition, and overseeing vendor and recruitment partner management. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, executional strength, and people partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Business Partnering:

- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.

- Drive performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.

- Work closely with business units to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

- Address complex employee relations issues and guide managers through HR policies and procedures.

2. Talent Acquisition:

- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for critical roles across India, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.

- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and proactively build talent pipelines.

- Manage internal and external hiring channels including social platforms, job boards, and referrals.

Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in talent acquisition and managing HR
