
Key Requirements:
- Drive sales growth for faucets, cisterns, and sanitaryware while expanding overall business presence across the Lucknow region.
- Identify, pursue, and convert project opportunities by engaging with leading architects, builders, interior contractors, plumbing consultants, and developers.
- Ensure timely product specifications, approvals, BOQ generation, and order closures to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including supply chain, pricing, logistics, and product to ensure stock availability and seamless order execution.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the field sales team, monitor daily activities, and drive performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, channel partners, dealers, and institutional clients.
- Proactively resolve customer issues, provide product knowledge, and ensure superior service and satisfaction.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing movements to help management make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, forecasts, and dashboards for regular review by senior management.
- Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and training sessions for channel partners and project stakeholders.
- Ensure strong territory planning, beat management, and coverage of potential growth pockets in the region.
- 5-10 years of experience in bathware, sanitaryware, building materials, or related industries, with a proven track record in project sales.
- Well-groomed, confident personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of project cycles, influencer management, and premium product positioning.
